If you are unlucky enough to catch a cab that is being driven by a politician, you will get to the end of your ride late, pay ten times what the trip was worth, and be standing in unfamiliar surroundings as the cabbie drives away.

A lack of combat experience does not diminish the pride I feel for having served during a contentious period in the history of my Nation, nor does it lessen the sadness that fills me each day our war fighting men and women remain in harm's way.
Conflict Resolution is work best reserved for mature, responsible adults. God willing, we will eventually see that type of individual assume a place of respect within the Halls of Congress and, hopefully, take control of a deeply blemished White House.

Glad to have you back! And to come in playing a John Prine song is way best entrance yet! I loved the "hay bale album". Used to play flag decal on my old autoharp. If anyone ever wanted folks to go home from a party, they'd ask me to play...everbody'd head for the door!
